  • The tour was great for one day outing from Chicago. Everything was on time and as expected. The tour guide Alex was nice beyond expectation and I'm specifically providing this review due to Alex being such a great help. Due to bad traffic, Alex himself told that he would be dropping all of us at our home locations that were 30 minutes driving distance from the pick up/drop off location. He also helped to take our pictures, communicated everything upfront and arranged tickets etc. It's true that there were some exceptions in this experience which was the Miller Brewery being closed due to the day being a national holiday. The arrangement company could have notified us before, but I do understand it can be difficult sometimes to handle this kind of exceptions before time. Again, though there were exceptions, I enjoyed the tour and writing a positive review because the tour guide was the nicest helpful guy I ever met. Alex deserves more than this comment. I would suggest the tour company notify exceptions before time when possible.
