thks tour guide for the wonderful journey to the rockies. At the first, I was hesitant to join but my wife insisted. She was right. The trip was made even better with tour guide at the helm. Thanks again. Would definitely recommend this tour to other people.
Great landscapes and smooth bus ride to the parks. The guide was very well informed and took special care to arrange veggie meals for us as we opted for the meal plan. Well managed and organized and we got sufficient independent time at all spots. Ofcourse you cannot cover everything as the parks are so huge but we were fully satisfied. You get sufficient free time towards evenings also in which you can explore the Banff town. For Revelstoke, there isn't much around. But all in all a great show!
Highlights:
-Lake Louise, Columbia Icefields are must-see attractions in Alberta.
-Okanagan lake boat tour is so nice as you get to experience the view of the lake and surrounding mountains from different angles.
-The drive from BC to Alberta is very scenic.
Lowlights
-Wifi connection was so slow as it cannot even open a single web page
-Only Canalta lodge in Banff met my expectations in terms of the accommodations. The hotel during the first night in Vernon, Village Green is the worst. I have done the 3-day Montreal tour last year and I was so happy with the hotel that you gave us that is why I am expecting the same level of accommodations. But this time, I was disappointed.
-The ginseng factory tour was boring
The 4-day Canadian Rockies tour was very well organised and covered the most important highlights. Our tour guide Jake was very well informed and took special care to explain things in English to a few non-Chinese families on the tour bus. We had a wonderful and memorable trip.
